Dog park equipment must be built to withstand use by hundreds of hounds of all sizes, from chihuahuas to great danes. Our dog park equipment is full commercial grade, manufactured to current safety and use standards. We sell everything from agility equipment to shade structures, whatevere you need for your community dog park.
Some companies are just online retailers, but our company has been in business since 1986, selling and building commercial play structures and playgrounds. We have the experience needed to help you plan your project, and our specialists can offer advice about your dog park needs. Our company’s owners are also the proud owners of dogs of several breeds!
Pricing Policy for Dog Park Equipment
If you need an estimate in writing, just phone us, and we can e-mail or fax an estimate to you on our company letterhead. For cities and municipalities, we’re happy to work with purchase orders. Our estimates are officially valid for 30 days due to the possibility of changes in the prices of our items. (If more than 30 days have passed since you received your estimate, please check in with us to see if your estimate is still valid — it may well be.)
Shipping Policy for Dog Park Equipment
Most of our items of dog park equipment ship via motor freight, due to their size. If your organization or municipality has a loading dock and/or machinery for unloading trucks, your order will arrive more smoothly, and you’ll probably save money on freight charges in the process.
For order processing purposes, our offices observe all national holidays and most religious holidays. Orders received on a Friday afternoon and on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.
Policy for Returns
Our dog park equipment is full commercial grade, built to last. If it does not meet your expectations, please phone our office toll free straight away to discuss the situation. Please note that our company generally only grants refunds or discounts if your dissatisfaction is the result of our company’s error or manufacturing defect.
Our parent company is MD Materials, a commercial recreation company located in Maryland. We ship dog park equipment to all 50 states and abroad. We build dog parks in the Maryland – Virginia – Washington, DC area. If you live outside this area, a team with basic construction experience should be able to install any of the items that we sell. If you don’t know any construction contractors, we may be able to recommend an installer in your area.
